Q:         What is your standard delivery time for goods ordered?
A:         Whilst we stock most lines for immediate despatch, delivery time will depend on availabilty and delivery location.  We endeavour to complete orders within 5 days. 
 
Q:         What is your minimum order value?
A:         The minimum order value for free delivery is £450.  
 
Q:         How much is your delivery charge?
A:         For all orders in excess of £450 in mainland UK the delivery is free.  For orders Below £450 there will be a surcharge of £10.  Orders under £200 there will be a surcharge of £15.
 
Q:         What is your returns policy on goods not sold?
A:         Petty Wood do not offer a sale or return policy.
 
Q:         If goods are damaged when I receive my delivery what do I do?
A:         You have 3 days to check your order and if damages are found then you need to contact our Claims Department (0800 525638) giving your account number and order number that you will find on your despatch note and advise of damages.
 
Q:         If I receive goods that I have not ordered, a mis-pick?
A:         You have 3 days to check your order and if you have received goods that you have not ordered, please contact our Claims Department (0800 525638) giving your account number and order number that you will find on your despatch note and advise of items.
 
Q:         I have not received all of the stock that I ordered?
A:         At times we may have goods that are ‘Out of Stock’, when this happens you will not have been charged for the goods, but if you still require them you will need to re-order when you place your next order.    
 
Q:         I have a shortage on my order?
A:         You have 3 days to check your order and if you have a shortage on your order then please contact our Claims Department (0800 525638) giving your account number and order number that you will find on your despatch note and they will look into the query for you.
 
Q:         If I have pricing query on my invoice?
A:         You would need to contact our Claims Department on 0800 525638 giving your account number and order number that you will find on your invoice and they will look into the pricing query for you.
 
Q:         At what VAT rate have I been charged on my goods?
A:         You will have been charged at the prevailing rate which is subject to change.
 
Q:         Can I buy single item, so as I can try the product?
A:         All of our products are sold in cases, and we do not split a case for selling purposes.
